A big thank you goes out to all those members who came forward to volunteer for the CBSPAN officer positions needed!
According to the BYLAWS, meetings of the Executive Board will be held at least 4 times during the year.
The quarterly meetings shall be scheduled for the second week in July, October,
January and April unless a change is necessary and agreed upon by the Board.
A copy of the revised CBSPAN BYLAWS is available to all members by contacting their District President.
Congratulations to Pat Sendelbach, our new CBSPAN VP/President-Elect for 2007 - 2009 and to Gwen Frey our new CBSPAN Secretary!
