-Continue to have monthly meetings every third Monday.

 No meeting in April because of Convention

 Next meetings are  on May 18 and June 15.

-Newsletter to members on those months we have meetings.

By-laws: Continued to be worked on.

-Fund raisers; Cookbook

                       Spring Seminar in 2005

-No scholarship awarded at this time

-President's money for Convention reverted back to treasury for scholarship and to help with the Presidents breakfast.

-ESD History Books can be viewed
