The Western Maryland Chapter is planning a fundraising seminar on March 12, 2005. A

speaker is planned to present the topic – Forensic Nursing. Registration 7:15 a.m. – 7:45 a.m.

Agenda for the seminar will be History of Forensic Nursing, Evidence in Health Care

Facilities, Health Care Workers Responsibilities in Forensic Evidence Collection, The Crime

Scene and work Outside the Health Care Facility. Pre-registration Cost is: Members - $30.00,

Non-members - $40.00, Students $25.00, Day of seminar – all registrants $45.00. 4.5 CEUs

pending.

The Western Maryland Chapter has a registered nurse (Linda Marlow – Vice President,

Western Maryland Chapter), will be participating in a humanitarian missions trip to Ecuador

on February 11, 2005. (lease see attached letter for specific details.) Each participant is

responsible for raising funds to cover his or her own expenses. Linda would like to ask

CBSPAN for a donation.
